No. Law Firms don't have access neither to the bid participants nor to communications between the Client and other Law Firms.
No information or documents shared between Clients and Law Firms are available to other Law Firms under any circumstances.
No. Using LocalCounsel does not provide for any binding terms and conditions between Clients and Law Firms.
LocalCounsel serves exclusively as platform for effective communications and dealing with RFPs between verified Clients and Law Firms.
All binding terms and conditions between Clients and Law Firms can be finally agreed in any other legal manner, e.g. via email.

Generation of report for one RFP is charged at USD 9.90 (approx. UAH 390). |
Law Firms Within registration and profile filling process Law Firms can ask LocalCounsel to assist with collection of all relevant data for such Law Firm’s LocalCounsel profile (e.g. rankings, recent notable projects, etc.). Disposable assistance with collecting necessary data for Law Firm’s LocalCounsel profile is charged at USD 99.90 (approx. UAH 3 790). |
Clients Annual subscription provides Clients with unlimited number of RFPs and reports. Annual subscription is charged at USD 990 (approx. UAH 37,900) per one calendar year, and can be revoked during initial 30 calendar days after purchase. |
Law Firms Annual subscription provides Law Firms with unlimited number of Participations and disposable assistance on collection of all relevant data for such Law Firm’s LocalCounsel profile. Annual subscription is charged at USD 990 (approx. UAH 37,900) per one calendar year, and can be revoked during initial 30 calendar days after purchase. |
Clients RFP can be send by any Client, i.e. registered on Platform and verified by LocalCounsel. Client can swiftly register via easy-to-use automated registration form after completion of RFP with help of LocalCounsel’s Request Tool. |
Law Firms Law Firms can also send RFP to other Law Firms. In such case Law Firm, which sends RFP, will act as Client. Sending RFP to other Law Firms does not require additional registration by Law Firm as Client. |
Clients Verification usually takes place very promptly, i.e. up to 5 (five) minutes if verified automatically via email and up to 10 minutes if verifying call from LocalCounsel is needed for confirming necessary details on identifying Client under registration and verification. Verification may take longer time if ultimate beneficiary owner(s) or controller(s) of Client is hard to identify via publicly available sources. |
Law Firms Verification usually takes place up to 2 (two) business days. Upon agreement with Law Firm LocalCounsel may also provide additional service on collecting necessary data for Law Firm’s LocalCounsel profile, e.g. rankings, clients’ review, profiles on other platforms etc. Verification may take longer time if ultimate beneficiary owner(s) or controller(s) of Law Firm is hard to identify via publicly available sources. |
Clients All communications between Client and chosen candidates Law Firms are available only to such Client and chosen Law Firms respectively. Law Firms do not see any communications of Client with other Law Firms. |
